Can someone help me, I have been in a position for 7 months as Office Manager reporting to 3 Directors and have endured bullying for the last 5 months but continued to work through this difficult time. After being verbally sworn out by a Director last week I went home very distressed. I went to the Doctors on Monday and he has signed me off for two weeks. I have evidence that prior to my note being sent to them via email that they planned on getting rid of me (this was confirmed the same day). What can I do, I feel I can’t go back to face being dismissed but don’t know legally where I stand if I resign on constructive dismissal.
