I am seeking ideas for engaging and sustaining the active involvement of Senior Executives in support of targetted High Potential Leadership Development Programs.

I am the Conceptual Designer and Program Director for a suite of such Programs in a large Telco in Australia and I’m perplexed by the lack of involvement I am able to leverage from these people. This is even more surprising when you take into account the fact that they are the Sponsors and/or Project Owners of the Action Learning Assignments that the participants undertake !

Anyone got an innovative approach or a tried and tested bullet-proof one ?
