Our sick leave is based on a 12 month rolling year . I am in the situation where someone who has been here for less than 12 months has used all the 4 weeks half pay on sick . She has now gone up in sick leave entitilment as just gone over to the next tier as been her just over the 12 months so her new allowance is 2 weeks full and 4 weeks half . She has gone sick again so do i pay up up to 2 weeks full but not the 4 weeks half as she has already used that up in this rolling year ? Cant get my head around this one !
