Hello

I’m implementing an absence monitoring system and there’s one very useful piece of information that I’m missing. It’s a list of main categories of health conditions e.g. URTI, Muscula-skeletal etc

Obviously it improves the recording and reporting process. I’ve used such lists in the past, but can’t locate one now.

Would anyone be kind enough to share what they use (or have used)?
