Can anyone help with the following questions regarding smokers rights please?
1. Can a company forbid smoking at work, even outside the doors of the building?
2. Do a company have to provide facitlites for smokers?
3. Can the number of ‘smoking’ breaks be restricted?
4. Does anyone have a company smoking policy that they can share with me?
