I am in the process of benchmarking our occupational maternity pay. I am looking at what entitlements other organisations pay for occupational maternity pay. I would welcome any information a HR Zone member might be able to share with me. Of course I will be happy to share my findings with anyone who helps me, company names will be made anonymous.

 

I need to know

 

·         Industry/sector

·         Entitlement during OML

·         Entitlement during AML

·         Is there a non return clause?
