When making Redundancy’s do we pay
1. The statatory redundancy payments and / or
2. Contractual ‘termination’ noyice pay.

Note, in the contracts there is NO mention of Redundancy – so we are planning on the legal minimum. BUT there is a clause stating Termination notice pay.
