I am conducting some research concerning the career development opportunities for recruitment consultants and note there is an increasing number of in house recruitment/resourcing opportunities available.

I have just read an article in the latest edition of HR.COM entitled “HR isolation puts UK businesses at Risk”.
It indicates that HR staff are burdened by legislation and compliance issues. Is this the reason for the rise in the number of inhouse recruiter roles?
