A member of staff made a written complaint against another staff memeber several weeks ago. At this time the persons being complained about has not been told about it and I’m not sure when they will be informed as it has been taken out of my hands. Is there a “time limit” for a complaint to be notified or can it sit there until such time as someone decides to deal with it. It seems rather unfair that the person is aware something has happened but has not been told unofficially or officially>

Any advice would be welcome.
