I would be grateful if anyone knows as to whether an employer has a right to having the numbers of trade union members, by department, within their company.
We have a recogntion agreement with a trade union which specifically states that they will furnish us with the numbers by department within the bargaining units on an annual basis. However when asked they have stated that their members are unwilling for such information to be imparted.
