I am in the Process of employing a large number of new employees for my company. To follow our Health and Safety responsibilities we will need to provide them with some expensive and specialised training, and I am concerned that they will take this training and leave after a short time, leaving us out of pocket. Does anyone know of the legalities or have experience of a suitable clause in employment contracts that will allow us to charge them for the training course if they leave soon after receiving their qualifications?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
