Sally Gunnell resigned from her £60,000 job because she believed the BBC didn’t provide enough training.

For such a high-profile and well-paid position, ought she to have been better prepared, or even have paid to get herself trained (especially after two years in the job)?

Or was it the BBC’s responsibility to train her?
