Does anyone have any suggestions about an exercise that can be run to highlight gender bias among male senior executives? This exercise will be run as part of a three day workshop and presented to the senior executive team and managing director of a French Multinational. I need something really impactive to shake up strongly held views about female roles within the organisation, with the added consideration of the cultural differences.
