Hi,  I am currently looking to introduce a tax exempt Travel Loan Scheme and how best to administer it.  From the research so far – it seems the best option for the tax benefit is to provide the loan direct to the employee where they then purchase the travel pass themselves and provide proof of purchase to the employer.  If anyone has a Travel Loan Scheme in place and would be happy to share how you have administered this, it would be great to hear from you.
