We are currently in consultation regarding TUPE, I have 2 questions
1) Can the new company reduce are holidays in line with their own. We currently get 25 and they have 20 days.
2) If our existing company has allowed and paid for a course that will span a number of years, is the new employer obliged to take up the liability of the training course (days off and fees. For example CIPD or CIMA or CIM.
3) If our present company privide workwear for whixh a tax break is given. Are the new company obliged to offer the same?
