We are currently going through considerable change and part of the change is to educate and agree a way forward on the basis of valuing the value proposition – specifically aimed at the Company approach to HR.
I am presenting to the main executive and in an effort to prevent reinventing the wheel I was wondering if anyone has anything they believe would be useful for me as a reference? Alternatively, if anyone has had similiar expierence – anything I should be aware of/avoid etc.?
