My friend has had a verbal warning for going to the dentist ( The dentist appointment wasn’t planned as he was in a lot of pain, which the company knew about )

Basically the company has a point system and if you go over 100 points, then you get verbal disciplinary, then a written and then they fire you. His points got boosted because of the 2 days he took of because of the wisdom tooth, he had a few days of before but the points were below 100, because of his tooth, they gave me a disciplinary, He told them it couldn’t be helped its not like he wanted to take a day off, but they weren’t having it and said its company procedure.

He has given them the dentists note’s and actually shown them the medicine he is taking.

Any help will do.
