I often see notices on buses or trains stating that the company takes violence against staff seriously and will prosecute anyone who attacks their staff.
My company would like to press charges following a recent incident but we have been told that only the person involved in the incident can prosecute.
Does anyone know if there is anything else we can do as a company?
Any advice at all would be appreciated!
