Can any one help!!

We are an organisation with 3000+ employees – currently looking to purchase a new HR system which leans more towards employee development. Must be compatible with intranet/can operate in a separate environment.

Is anyone currently using a system which allows for appraisals, employees/managers to manage their own training needs (start to finish), set objectives, sucession planning, career planning, training administration etc ???

That is a system that you would recommend or can advise us on how to go about finding out information of this kind….names and help would be much apprciated.
