I have been in HR for a couple of years now, but have no formal HR qualifications. What sort of qualifications are employers looking for and what route should I take? 
 
Is it worth taking the Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice first (even though I have a degree and have been in a HR role for a couple of years) or head straight into the intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Development/Management? Also I would be looking for a blended course, so are there any particularly good institutions (maybe the OU?) to complete these courses through?
 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
