Our midline managers went through an assesment center and 12 of them are advised to be coached by an external professional coach. We work with two professionals now. And it really costs a lot to the company. Since top management is not that convinced about whether the coaching efforts lead to succesful results, they are not sure whether they want to go on or not. We asked the coachees (via telephone and paper and pencil surveys) whether they believe coaching helps them and they are happy.I would like to know if there are companies where the coaching cost is shared with the coachee and how?
