We are a firm about to employ two members of staff to work a night shift. They will be testing electrical equipment and their line manager wants them to work 12 hour shifts, 5 nights per week.
Does anyone have an example of a Workforce Agreement that we could look at as I know we will need one to cover the fact that they will be working more than 8 hours per shift. I am also aware of the need for a health assessment, and have thought about looking at our fire procedures as these are obviously geared towards daytime work.
Are there any other areas I should be considering prior to our setting this up? Many thanks in advance!
