We have a Business Development Manager who is moving to Dubai to open a local office. Are there any things we should be doing to temporarily amend his employment contract to cover any changes to his working conditions? For instance the working days of the week will be different and I’m wondering if it would be sensible get these things clarified. And are there any Health & Safety considerations? Is he still covered by the law in England and Wales or UAE law? Any advice would be much appreciated especially from anyone who has direct experience of such a situation – many thanks
