As a Psychologist and Coach with over 20 years’ experience, Andrew helps boards drive new strategies, cultures and leadership behaviours across complex global organisations. Andrew is a Chartered Psychologist, a Chartered Scientist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He read Theology at Oxford University, Psychology at Queen’s University Belfast and holds a Doctorate in Psychometrics from Keele University. He is a regular commentator on personality, risk and leadership, has written 19 books and journal articles, and provides interviews for the BBC, the Sunday Times and the FT.
