Bee spent three years working at Babcock, where she worked in the Business Enhancement team managing group-wide integration projects resulting from the acquisition of VT Group. Fascinated by the human elements of organisational change in large organisations, Bee joined The Storytellers as a Consultant working with a variety of clients from financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, energy and retail.
Bee believes that work shouldn’t just be about the money and that if you want to get the best from people, they have to be able to find meaning in what they do.
If Bee’s not working, you’ll most likely find her swimming in a lake, running up a hill or planning her next adventure somewhere around the world.
