As Managing Director for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, James leads the business in the UK and the Netherlands and is also responsible for global new market development outside the Americas.

In addition to leadership roles at Diageo, Method, and Towergate Insurance, James has spent much of his career in the healthcare industry, holding management positions in divisions of BUPA.
