After a secussful career in the military of 29 Years and obtaining the rank of Warrent Officer. Dave attended the Univiersity of Winnipeg in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada.Where he received his diploma in HR Management and Business Management. Shorly after that Dave was able to acheive both his IPMA and CHRP designations.
