Dentons

Associate in the Employment team

Elizabeth is an associate in the Employment practice in London and a member of the Firm's global Employment group.

She advises on a broad range of employment law issues in a variety of business sectors on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Elizabeth supports clients throughout the employment lifecycle: from the initial contracts (including the appointment of senior-level executives) to day-to-day advice on managing employees and advising on severance packages and redundancies. Her recent focus also includes advising clients on cross-border issues with expatriates and leading on multi-jurisdictional projects with our international offices.

Elizabeth has significant experience advising on employee competition litigation in the High Court and post-termination restrictions, and securing successful outcomes for clients. She also brings and defends Employment Tribunal claims, most recently where allegations of breach of contract, whistleblowing and employee status were key issues.

Elizabeth trained at the London office of Dentons and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. She is a committee member of the Dentons Women's Network.
