Mike is Director – Consulting at Capita Resourcing. He has worked in the recruitment industry for 15 years for several market leading staffing organisations, with a primary focus on the outsourced recruitment services sector since 2002. He has consulted with HR and operational board-level sponsors within many large commercial and public sector organisations to design tailored, strategic resourcing solutions across a broad range of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and contingent workforce solutions.

As a member of Capita Resourcing’s leadership team, Mike is responsible for talent consulting and new product/service innovation.
