After working for 3M as the UK Organisational Development Manager he set up ‘Internal Alignment' to uncover and channel the drive, potential and energy hidden within Midlands based organisations.  Co-author of the soon to be published “The Art of Being a Brilliant Leader”, Peter is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and also a Chartered Engineer from his previous life as a manufacturing systems specialist and production manager.  He’s felt the sharp end and knows what it‘s like to drown in tonnes of Chocolate Hobnobs … and he knows what can be achieved with a truly high performing team. 

Peter lives in Leicestershire with his wife, two teenage boys and a growing menagerie of chickens.
