Do you think it makes good business sense to provide additional support for employees with psychological issues?
Would you consider offering complimentary therapies such as acupuncture, physiotherapy and homeopathy to help employees who are struggling with pain, stress or other ailments such as menopause?
Do you feel by doing this it would increase employee engagement, motivation and increase productivity?
Are your employees in a Health Schemes package which subsidises alternative treatments such as the above?
