What are your office pet peeves, what really grinds your gears? A new list has been published of the UK’s top office gripes and you guessed it, most of them concern co-workers;
1. Messy desks. In the age of shared office spaces and increasing levels of cleanliness a messy desk could just be the final straw – especially when someone’s mess makes its way on to your desk.
2. Tea Round Skippers – this one is pretty self-explanatory. There is nothing worse than a colleague who always wants a cup of tea but never makes one!
3. Co-workers taking your print outs. This will one will only be annoying if you have a shared office printer but when someone tootles off with your print outs there is nothing more frustrating.
4. Co-Workers making a lot of noise. Excessive noise can not only be distracting when you work, it could downright drive you nuts. The obvious is when people put a call on speakerphone in a cubicle environment but talking loudly on the phone, cracking gum, chomping into crunchy potato chips are just some examples.
