I sense that we HR professionals are picking up social networking habits slowly (and probably more cautiously) and the growth in blogging is similarly taking its time.I am happy to be proved wrong though!

Personally I believe that reading thoughts, research and opinions from fellow professionals in the world of work is an hugely important part of my own development.
