We are a large training provider and are currently researching various systems for paying bonus payments to staff. Does anyone in a similar environment have any examples of schemes that have worked, or not?

Comments on bonus schemes
1. Don’t use them.
2. If you do, make sure they are not discriminatory.

We have designed a scheme which works well!
