Bonus Payments

Large training providers are exploring bonus payment systems for staff. This post asks for examples of successful and unsuccessful bonus schemes from similar organizations to inform system selection and implementation.

We are a large training provider and are currently researching various systems for paying bonus payments to staff. Does anyone in a similar environment have any examples of schemes that have worked, or not?

    1. Don’t use them.
    2. If you do, make sure they are not discriminatory.
