HRZone is the exclusive media partner of this year's inaugural Employee Engagement Awards and we're delighted to exclusively announce the shortlist recognising companies putting workforce engagement at the heart of their strategy.
As a judge I found the judging process extremely hard. The rigour applied to engagement efforts and the level of maturity were both incredible.
Multinationals including Lidl, EDF and Sony Music will join small and medium-sized firms to have their engagement efforts recognised in a ceremony hosted by George Lamb in January 2015. The full shortlist can be found below.
MD Matt Manners said: “I’ve been blown away by the response in our first year. The calibre of work we’ve seen has been world-class.”
Following the ceremony in January 2015 the EE Awards will host a one-day conference – The Employee Engagement Conference, powered by HRZone – on March 12 2015 where winners, finalists and industry leaders will provide practical advice to HR professionals getting better employee engagement results. Details to follow on HRZone.
Also, the EE Awards will be donating to charity based on entrant votes, with potential charities including Help for Heroes, Shelter and Action for Children.
