O*Net definition

O*Net, the Occupational Information Network, is a free online database providing definitions and explanations that help US citizens understand the job market and the workplace. O*Net also provides a range of key information per job, including the personal requirements of the role, the level of experience required, the position’s responsibilities and the place of the job in the overall job market e.g. its comparative salary.
