Editor’s note
=============
This week saw a milestone for our Any Answers section. The
number of questions asked so far this year in 2004 has exceeded
the whole of 2003. Over 550 questions have been posted. Our
Community Members – people like you – have responded with a
massive 1248 answers. So thanks to all our regular contributors,
firstly for making HR Zone one of the most interactive websites
for HR professionals and secondly, from the scores of
individuals you have helped out over the year.
Of course, your help and advice is still needed. This week has
seen some tricky posers on a possible sex discrimination issue
from Stefanie Jane Henshaw; a question regarding paid or unpaid
leave; and Quentin Colborn would like to hear about your
experiences of outsourced HR support.
