Recruiting part time staff

As full employment opportunities grow, how can we make part time working more attractive. In the less glamorous world of domestic and commercial cleaning we need to attract a reliable workforce to provide the work and living conditions we all want in the year 2001. We pay well and training and conditions have never been better. Simply attrarcting staff and retaining them gets harder all the time. I am looking for new and imaginatve ideas to attract part time staff.
