I am doing my CIPD management report on management information systems – looking at the information we currently provide to our managers to enable them to achieve their goals and to manage their people in an effective and consistent manner. I need examples from other orgs of the types of HR reporting info provided to managers, what they do with the info and how it helps the organisation eg for succesion planning, absence management, resourcing etc. Please can you send me an examples and info in order that I can identify best practice. Also info on any relevant articles for my research.
