Over the past year, we have assembled an extensive range of online HR business services. These include: Expert Guides, payroll services, tax advice, downloadable resources and briefings, debt management tools, credit reference tools, online appraisal and benchmarking tools, a range of profiling and self-assessment services, employers guides, and self-complete legal documents. These are all to be found in the HR Resource Centre. Other members find these services a useful way of reducing costs and out-sourcing some of their HR functions.
If you are looking to recruit HR professionals, the dedicated HR and Training Job Vacancies pages receives an excellent response; job-hunters can register themselves to be alerted to new vacancies matching their interests.
You can also publish Invitations to Tender. Business development managers can also search the live database of International tenders and business opportunities in over 80 countries.
To assist you in identifying appropriate staff learning and training courses and facilities, we are creating a Learning Campus. The Campus has an extensive listing of over 300,000 forthcoming training events as well as a directory of 2,500 training providers. Online learning facilities include both pre-prepared learning programmes and a range of live events. There is an ‘HR & Training Academy’ and an ‘Online Business School’ for those seeking further professional development.
