As an organisational capability and team development specialist, Andy has supported hundreds of teams to improve how they work. His experience spans diverse team structures, from functional to cross-functional, in the UK, across Europe, and beyond.
He believes that unlocking collaborative potential is fundamental to driving revenue, fostering innovation, and meeting evolving customer needs. This conviction led him to establish Flow in 2022, to pursue his mission of enhancing collaborative cultures.
