Editor’s note
=============
Keith Stuart has posted a dilemma that would test the resolve of
any HR professional. An employee has admitted liability for an
accident that occurred outside of work causing the deaths of
three people. Two other members of staff are acting as witnesses
for the prosecution. The employee would like to return to work
until the hearing but the witnesses feel uncomfortable working
with him. What should Keith do and is there any relevant case
law that may help? Add to this fascinating debate on the way
forward at: http://www.hrzone.co.uk/item/147787
