Over the next year the very best examples of employee engagement in North America will be recognised and amplified as HRZone launches the Employee Engagement Excellence programme in the United States.
The programme combines an awards program and a one-day practical conference and aims to push employee engagement to the forefront of the business agenda. Both will celebrate the best small and big businesses North America has to offer – the game changing, forward-thinking companies that are doing things differently to create an engaging and rewarding working environment and drive company performance.
The conference will take place at The Tribeca 360 & Rooftop in New York City on June 17, 2015 with the awards being presented in the evening.
At the same time, we’ll also be opening the second year of our UK awards and conference in June with a one-day conference to be hosted on September 10th 2015 with the awards presented the following January. In January 2015 we presented the inaugural awards at a great ceremony at The Brewery in London.
Both in the US and the UK, the conference will showcase best-in-class winners and finalists, deliver best practice advice and bring together a community of employee engagement professionals that wish to learn more and share their experiences, driving the engagement agenda forward.
Matt Manners, founder of The EE Awards, said: “I live and breathe engagement. It’s my passion. Having seen the response and the amazing work being done in the UK, we are excited to now shine the spotlight on the work being done across North America.
“The Employee Engagement Awards & Conference will provide a platform to celebrate success and move the industry forward by sharing best practice and collaborating as an industry.”
“And we’ll undoubtedly have the best party of the year too with amazing views of Manhattan!”
