I am in the final stages of writing a Diversity Workshop for Line Managers in my organsation.

I am a little stuck on a section I want to incorporate about appropriate language – I don’t want it to sound too PC – I need to emphasis that we can ask difficult questions and should not be scared off by thinking we might offend people – trying to stike a balance – Ideally I would like to have a small excercise about this within the workshop – anyone got any ideas?
