I have a member of staff secounded to cover a supervisor, post while the exsisting postholder took maternity leave. The postholder notified us 8 months ago that she will not be returning. 8 months later we have advertise the post and secoundee has not been sucessful at interview. Since they have been in post for two years, can they challange our decison to return them to thier lower graded post.
