Your input on the following would be greatly appreciated. I am to make a research on what approaches other organisations take to measure the effectiveness of their learning interventions. Is it a specific methodology you use like i.e. the Kirk Patrick or Jack Philips approach? Do you measure the behavioral aspect or is the measure project-based? Or other? What metrics do you use? We would like to introduce a practical approach to evaluate our leadership capability development programs and so any best practise that you use or are aware of would be of great help.
