Hi
I am looking for advice on how companies within the UK manage reference requests for existing and ex-employees. I looking at large scale operations for companies preferable within Retail.
I currently manage this process and it is very manual and also extremely high volumes processing approx 900 per week. I am looking to either outsource or investigate some software solutions or innovative ways or working.
I would be greatly for any information or ideas.
