I am starting a new role shortly and have been asked to look at introducing 360 feedback into the company.
My previous experience of this was 7 years ago with a team of 5 people. Now, I am looking at introducing it to a company of 70 people.
Does anyone have any suggestions, hints and tips on this process and of course their own experiences? Any information is very gratefully received!
