In your expert opinion and experience, what absence management strategies are most effective and why? I am currently writting a dissertation for CIPDL7 qualifications based on my current workplace (food manufacturing – cold, wet shop floor environment, monotonous tasks) with the focus on the shop floor workforce as it is the most challenging area to keep the absence levels under control. Your insights would be strongly valuable to me and highly appreciated.
