Dear All,

We are looking to set up a new IT technical service to support some new clients. We need to cover 24 hours 365 days per year.

We would appreciate advice from anyone who has done this as to optimum hours/shifts/shift premiums etc.

We are currently looking at 12hr shifts, 4 days on 3 off – is this the best way ?
